Harvest Festival is moving to November 7.

Harvest Festival is moving to Saturday, November 7, 2026, at a new venue: 2219 Coffee Road, Lynchburg, VA. Gates open at 1:30 PM, and artists start at 3:00 PM.

Due to unfortunate circumstances outside of our control, our original venue was unable to host us on October 24, so we secured a new property and moved the date to make it work. We know this changes plans, and we’re grateful for your patience.

This was not an easy decision or process, but God has provided a new venue and location. With this change, we wanted to give ample time, so the two-week pushback to November 7 can still bring to life the vision God has sparked for this community.

The day

More than a concert.

An evening of live music, food and fall in Lynchburg, Virginia, built for families.

A full evening out.

    Artists and speakers on the main stage from 3 PM to 9 PM, with the headliner closing the night.

    A village of local trucks and vendors serving all evening. Come hungry.

  • Inflatables

    Slides and bounce houses set up in the kids zone, open all evening.

  • Petting zoo

    Animals up close, for the little ones.

  • Fall activities

    Autumn in Virginia, with seasonal activities across the grounds.

  • Games

    Lawn games and family competitions between sets.

    Arrive and park

    Enter off Coffee Road. Attendants guide you to your spot, with accessible and VIP parking closest to the gate.

    Check in

    Walk up to check-in and security, then step into the grounds.

    Eat, shop, play

    Food trucks, merch, restrooms and the kids area sit right along the way.

    Find your spot

    The stage and audience area open up to the west. Seats up front, lawn behind.
